After a long day of meetings and emails, I need a very specific routine to shut my brain off. Usually, it involves a hot shower, a heavy meal, and about 20 minutes of "solo time" to just release all the tension. I’m very particular about what I watch during that time because I don't want anything stressful or too loud. I’ve been using
lately as part of that routine because the content is consistently high-quality and the site is so easy to navigate. It’s become a bit of a ritual for me. Does anyone else have a specific routine for winding down, or do you just kind of wing it every night?

My routine is the exact opposite—I’m usually in bed by 9 PM so I can be up and at the gym by 5 AM. I don't really have much time for late-night browsing because I’m usually exhausted by the time I get home. I’ve been trying to get into meal prepping on Sundays so I don't have to cook during the week, and it’s been a total life-saver. It gives me an extra hour of sleep every night, which I desperately need. I’m mostly just here checking the weather forecast for my morning run. Looks like it might rain, which would be a total bummer. Anyway, enjoy your night, everyone!
